For today, a storm day on PEI, some pictures from this little hide away. We've had freezing rain off and on all day. The off melts the last adherence. It's not too bad as you can see. It could be serious with the weight of ice pulling down tree branches and electrical wires. I could hear ice falling off (luckily) because the temps here were on the warm side.
I had too much old music yesterday probably, but I enjoyed every bit. Here is some music for today:

We had a little bit of freezing rain here today, then it turned to ice pellets. About 7 or 8 hours of it. Supposto continue over night and into the mornihg then clear off in the afternoon. I am getting very sick of winter.

I can see why you are, Cath. For once, I'm not. I got up early to get some early morning shots but the ice had melted.
Hey,
I'm amazed that little bird-feeder isn't cracked yet? I find ceramics and radical temperature changes only co-habitate for so long..

So far so good though the squirrels have knawed off a lot of the wooden perches.
Snow then more snow! It was below 0 last night with the wind chill. Did someone mention the lion roaring?
It will be over before we know it with the simple pleasures of winter behind us, Kat, and we'll be wishing for a break from the heat.
